Scale software run offline

Requiring an Internet connection for the scale is problematic in rural areas, where a lawnmower can take down the fiber connection (it happens!) Create, or fully realize, the offline scale program with full functionality, including contracts, and set up a sync with the main Merchant database. The sync could be twice day or more often to maintain a 'live' connection to the main office and the customer portal. This way, business can continue at the scale regardless of Internet status.
