Customers would like to view and pay their bills at different locations. Currently, customers cannot go into any location under the same company to pay on their bill. There should be a way to select the location that the bill was generated when the customer is making a payment. This would also allow managers to generate a different deposit slip for the different locations when payments have been received. Now customers are required to do a "Pre-Pay" on their bill, but they have to know how much the bill is ahead of time. This would allow different locations to see what someone owes when a customer comes in.

What problem does this Idea solve?
This makes receiving payments from customers much easier and convenient for customers. This should lower the total amount of the accounts payable ledger. |
