Ability to have budget billing information available in the API both for customers to see and the admin side. Their payment amount would be shown, their current budget balance, all of the transactions associated with budget billing, the tanks that are associated with budget,and ability to make a payment via Agvend integration similarly to making an A/R payment. The difference between a budget billing payment and a AR payment is the budget billing payment should end up under budget billing and be reflected in the budget billing balance.
