AP Enter Vendor Prepaid allow for DUE DATE entry instead of make it due the same day as the invoice date
Not all AP Vendor Prepaid are due immediately. Some aren't due for several weeks. Allow the entry of an actual due date instead of simply assuming it is due immediately
