In reference to PBI # 159009 per Alan

On the Defer Contract Settlement, it recently started printing a 3rd page that is blank except for the headings. They are not mailing the 3rd page as it is a waste of postage; but customers are asking where the 3rd page is because it says page 1 of 3 and 2 of 3 but never receive 3 of 3. They have tried adjusting spacing on the verbiage and they can move it up onto the page with the tickets, but they don't want that, it just needs to be on one page after the ticket page like it used to be.

On the Fixed Price Contract, this has been this way since they came on Merchant, but customers are starting to question it. It prints 1 of 3 and 2 of 3 but there is no 3rd page, no info is missing, its just not counting pages correctly so it should be 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.
