What problem does this Idea solve?

Per Client:
He said they are trying to move form their current card process, Paytrace, who is not integrated with Merchant. They bank with Synovus and is who they are trying to use as a processor and they want to integrate them into Merchant like current processors we use.

We have told them the processors we do currently user and one we are looking at going to but they did want us to see if there is anyway to look into adding this one as well.
