What problem does this Idea solve?

They would like batches to be triggered as VOID if the job status is updated to Cancelled or Rejected through FieldAlytics.

Currently this is a 2-step process, you have to cancel the job in FA and then go VOID in Merchant. They would like this to be one a one step process.
