Inventory Audit Report - add information

Dave would like some to add the customer's name (not just the customer id), and the price per item sold on the invoice/cost per item received, as additional columns. He would also like some totals. He would like to see the total invoiced, the total received, the total transferred, and the total adjusted.

I have attached the report Dave used to use in iRely, which is what he would like in Merchant.
