User wants to be able to add items to a PO using the vendor item ID. He has some item records with some of the joint ventures (ProT, Faithway, etc.) that have the same vendor Item IDs that also match MerchantAg item IDs. The users know the vendor item ID, and it would be easier in this case if they could simply add items based on the vendor Item ID as opposed to "Our" ID on POs.
