Soft Stop when creating F1 Orders or F3 Batches when Customer does not have enough credit

Product is leaving the door before the batch can be blended or order can be settled. They would like to prevent users from creating orders that cannot be settled to the customer's AR. This allows for products to leave the store that cannot be paid for without increasing the customer's credit limit. The client is hoping to prevent this by stopping transactions from occurring ASAP that cannot be covered by the customer's AR.

Should a customer have 0 credit or the credit limit be exceeded during the entering of the order/batch they would like to present the user with a message stating that the order/batch is over the customer's credit limit with the option to override the message to continue or cancel the transaction.

This should be driven by a company-wide parameter.
