Feed batch sheet

I have attached a feed batch sheet with some notes. Perhaps some of these items have already been fixed or made available? 1. When making a substitution for a bulk ingredient it gets added at the bottom along with the drugs as opposed to being in the formula where the item it is being substituted for was at. 2. Add Item numbers next to the item. 3. Notate whether the ingredients are bulk, liquid, or hand add. 4. Add a column for the bin # where the ingredient is at.
