Last fall Merchant was updated to impose a hard stop based on the credit limit; in FieldAlytics
However, we cannot issue a workorder for any customer over the credit limit even when they have prepaid for agronomy products
Customers who have paid in advance for their product will not be prevented from receiving it .
This would be a change for FieldAlytics and not Merchant. That said, we will discuss this with the FieldAlytics team.
