Having the ability to enter an items total cost on POs would be very beneficial for inventory personal. There are some vendors that show the number of bags we ordered but show our price by the ton. They send Order Acknowledgments before we get the items so we can update our cost on POs. We usually figure the items cost by dividing each items total by the number of bags but it would be so much quicker to just enter the ext cost and let the system figure Item cost.

What problem does this Idea solve?
This would reduce PO cost updating time allowing that person to focus on other aspects of inventory like updating prices, promoting products, and invoicing in a timely manner. |
