When selecting a customer to add to an order/batch, show the billing and shipping addresses

Have the ability for the location name to show at the top of invoices, quotes, etc.
When adding new locations, you can only have the corporate name show at the top of invoices, not each location. This would be a great feature to have in parameters.
Client would like for the "Fees on Prepaid" checkbox to not automatically be checked on the settlement screen, so the fees are not using prepaid dollars.
Allow confirmation of an order/batch without an Expected Ship date
When confirming an order or batch, there is not always a delivery date to go with an order. To allow confirmation without a specific delivery date would help out, especially on the retail side.
