When you are creating an order or batch and try to find a customer, it would be helpful to see both the billing and shipping address. For example if we sell to a distributer but ship to a local store (Store A). When we search for "Store A" we see both Store A's account who we bill and ship to directly, as well as Store A but with a different bill to (The Distributor).

This solves the issue of trying to remember customer ID which is nearly impossible, and having to name ship to's crazy names that include the bill to name |
