Show account balance on a payment receipt

When a customer makes a payment there is no account balance on the receipt, we are writing on the receipt for the customer.

Would make it so the customer does not have to ask for an account balance and the admin would not have to write it on the receipt.

    At this time we do not have plans to modify our payment receipt, but will retain this feedback for future reference.
