In the F-1 or F-3 tabs, I can type 'Joe' and all the 'Joes' in my customer list show up and I can choose which one I am looking for. In the F-6 customer tab, if I type 'Joe' I get a 'No records found' message because it wants me to type exactly his name 'Joe E. Farmer'. This is extremely frustrating when going to this tab several times per day and quite frankly slows down efficiency. Each of the F tabs should search for customers the same and be consistent throughout. I know it is not a security thing, because the F-10 payments lets us 'easy search'.

What problem does this Idea solve?
This solves one of the issues with Merchant Ag not being consistent throughout their program. Why would the search box for one F tab be different than the others? This would improve efficiency and contribute to likeability of your product. |

For the F6 option, use the wild card option to bring up the name (so for your example, *Joe* or Joe*, etc.) You may also reach out to support for assistance on how this functionality works. @Guest
