This is needed for when a Merchant client has different employer match contribution calculations. Currently there is one that has different percentages if an employee contributes to 401K and ROTH. The system cannot calculate their employer match correctly unless they are made inactive and processed separately from the other employees. The system cannot figure all of the employee's employer match contribution correctly.
