The 3rd party app API does not include any indication that a settlment has been voided or the corresponding (and corrected) settlement number. The 3rd party app API needs to provide the ability to read the reversal reference in a settlement JSON.

What problem does this Idea solve?
Today a reversed settlement still displays in the3rd party app without a void status or indicator of the replacement settlement number. This is confusing to customers and looks like the customer has more settlements than they should. |
