Update Government report for Pesticides

Every year they have to turn in a report to the government for Pesticides sold. In Iowa there are certain requirements that need to be on the report. The one we currently have in Merchant does not work for her and she always has the support team create one and we do that by merging 2 reports together. I have attached a screenshot of the one currently in Merchant, but she needs revenue and cost columns added and would also like to be able to do a summary report instead of full detail. She just needs totals of each item
