Scheduled Reports SRV - Optimize

We had a change made not too long ago to increase the timeout expiration on settlement detail reports. However, it seems this change is negatively affecting the scheduled reports service. Even so, it seems excessive that any selection should take five hours to complete for this report. The scheduled report battery includes about 23 separate runs of the settlement detail report with different selection options. Recently it kicks off around 11:35 p.m., and ends around 4:50 a.m. with a timeout exception error. A successful run would kick off at 11:35 and end around 12:20 a.m.
