Chlorine message on Tobacco batches

They do not like the way the chlorine message works on tobacco currently. We worked on this last year, but they are now telling us they don't like the solution we gave them. Here is what we came up with for them and told them last year:

In order for the chlorine message to show up on batches there are 3 rules that need to happen:

Tobacco checkbox on the Crop Use needs to be checked

The batch needs to have a chlorine percentage greater than zero

Needs to be delivered/picked up within the state of KY

You are doing 2 of the 3, but in order for the message to pop up at least one item on the batch needs to have a chlorine value. Right now Item M – Murate Potash is the only item I am seeing with Chlorine marked on it. If there is a fertilizer product that you always use in fert batches I would put a chlorine value in it so it triggers this message. This will only show on Tobacco crops so even if you enter a chlorine value it will not show on other crop invoices.

The reason they don't like this is because they would have to add a false amount of chlorine on to other items that don't actually need it. The message just needs to show up when Tobacco is the crop.
