Store serial numbers for items in Merchant

They want to make a change on how the serial numbers are recorded in the software. They want to tie it to the product as it's being received on the PO and then once that is done they want a drop down tab to select from the remaining serial numbers at the time of sale instead of having to type in the serial number. Then they'd want it added at the site level also so if they transfer the product they can choose serial number at the time of transferring also. They would also like to get notification sent to A once an item with serial number is sold can there be a notification sent to AP so AP knows to pay off the floor plan.
