Users want settled or prepaid storage on its own line to make it cleared to producers their storage was paid through a specific date. Currently when settling storage with change intent end date can be added but new storage adjustment can be added but start date is ticket date not settled date. Currently when prepaying storage with correct intent end date can't be added
