Change the Way the Current Stock on F1 Orders looks at Delivered Orders

The message Order Exceeds Stock comes up on delivered orders even though the inventory has already been taken out of the on hand.

This is confusing to people that are settlin the orders.

Example:
An order has item 10910 for a quantity of 25,150 lbs. When AR is attempting to settle the order, they see “Order Exceeds Stock” with current stock sitting at 3,500.00.If you look at the Item activity, you can clearly see the branch had 28,600.00 lbs. on hand which relieved 25,150.00 due to order 1166584. There was enough stock on hand when the order was created, and inventory was relieved at the time the order was created.
