What problem does this Idea solve?
Add the ability to change the start / end date on a delivery period after it is made.
We would want this feature behind a parameter so only specific users could change this date.
Currently CVA is having a data project entered each month to change.

Modifications are being made to add a threshold that will allow for changes to the delivery period within that defined threshold. These changes will be in the next major release.
