Allen County does not use AR, they use CFS, but the settlement type for Lease billings does not have CFS available. They had multiple customers lease billings bill to AR in 2023 that they had to do credit memos to remove. This caused issues with their purchase summaries as credit memos do not show on purchase summaries.
