Pop up for Operator ID when Finalizing an Assembly Order

Would like to see if we can add a pop up when you click Finalize on an Assembly Order for the Operator ID, kind of like we do when we settle an open order that was created on another date or the screen has been closed.

Per the client:
Hoping there may be a way to make the system MAKE us put our operator number in when we finalize an assembly order and it goes to the Open Order Detail screen, We are having issues remembering to put our op # in if we weren't the one that made the original assembly order.
