Email Fuel Purchase Summary when Customer Statements are emailed

When you email customers statements and you have the customer checked for Fuel Purcahse Summary, the Fuel Purchase Summary does not get emailed to the customers if the customer is setup for email statement.

When you print customer statements it does print the Fuel Purchase Summary with it but it does not when you do Email Statements.

Spoke with Dev and they did confirm that currently it doesnt go out with the email statements.
