PCE Would like to have more options for Contact Types in Merchant, they have more than just our hard coded ones and use "Other" for those - but so many different types under other make reporting difficult.
Rather than adding PCE specific codes, I proposed we add a few user-controlled labels on Contact Types so we wouldn't be changing them all the time
