Modification to be able to adjust Customer Statements

Client is looking to be able to make modifications to the customer statement.

Changing the order of columns displayed

From the Customer:
The name and address does not fit into our window envelopes, so we are having to print a cover page in order for them to fit. This is becoming extremely costly.
Additionally, it recommended that the document date be the first column, rather than the invoice number. We recognize that other clients may have different preferences, therefore it would be best if there could be a template that could be modified for each client.
