Process Dealer Request to check customer credit limit

Dealer Requests do not check the customer's credit limit. You can process a dealer request in to an order for a customer without credit or less credit available than what the order requires.

Note - you cannot proceed with the order as you do receive an error which states that the customer does not have enough available credit. However, the expectation is that the DR would perform a check on the customer's credit limit when being processed and will not be able to be processed in to an order if the customer does not have enough credit.
