What problem does this Idea solve?
Ohio Regulation - Per Client request "The state of Ohio requires us to submit a report to them each year detailing all of the restricted use pesticide sales we had from July 1 thru June 30. Also in Ohio if you obtain a restricted use license you have to choose what categories you want to be licensed in and pass a test in order to have that category on your license. The restricted products you are allowed to buy and apply are dictated by the categories you are approved in. The report we submit requires us to list the name of the licensed person, their license number, expiration date, and the categories they are licensed in. Our employees who are licensed are listed under the applicator setup tab and we learned how to list the categories they have so that it shows up if we run a restricted chemical sales report. My question is how can we get this information attached to our customers who are licensed? If you look at a customer who has a restricted use license the only information there is the license number, state, and expiration date there is not a spot to enter categories. Ultimately, we would wish to be able to use the reports we generate out of Merchant ag to submit to the state for compliance but need to be able to get this crucial information attached.
