What problem does this Idea solve?

This would allow us to VOID out orders that have not gone further, and if the customer comes back in, we could just clone the order to bring it back.
Right now, we are not deleting many open orders because we are unable to print or clone them… meaning that we would have to hand write everything down and type it back into the system. Being able to clone the orders would be a huge help and go a LONG LONG way to being able to void out some of the older orders.
