Add member date field for new members and removed member date field in the customer record. Could be a new tab under Equity, added to credit tab, or added to main screen under Status.

Also need a spot for a certificate number. We issue numbered membership certificates, and it would be great to have a spot in the system to record the certificate number and the date issued, or approved by the board.
