It would be very helpful if you could apply credits against invoices that are smaller than the credit amount. Currently, you cannot apply the credits against an invoice unless the invoiced amount matches the credit or is greater than the credit. For our particular vendors, we get a lot of credits that are applied by those vendors to invoices smaller than the credit amount on their end and we have no way currently to reflect these in the system so they are just stuck sitting there.

What problem does this Idea solve?
This would solve a huge issue we are currently facing with credits not being able to be applied as they need to be. Our current books cannot properly reflect what is actually owed or used and this fix would help us to solve that problem. |
